PAPER GOODS AND SIGNAGE

Each paper good vendor will be assigned to a specific product (invitation, program, etc.). If you have a specific product you'd like to showcase that is outside of what you were assigned, check with your Production Manager. Often, we'll be able to accommodate you. You are also welcome to print your name or logo on the back of your paper goods. If you need a logo for The Big Fake Wedding, you can download them here.

Please bring 4 samples of your products to The Cocktail Hour the evening before the event or the morning of the event before 1pm. We recommend putting them in individual Ziploc bags or manilla envelopes. That way, we'll be able to get the photographers their own set of paper to photograph. If you have specific instructions as to how you'd like your pieces photographed, please be sure to include a note in each bag (e.g. "Please be sure to photograph the envelope liner" or "The place card should be photographed along with the menu."). You may also provide photographers with any desired styling accessories.

INVITATIONS
Be sure to include the venue name, event date/time and the couple’s name, but it’s totally up to you how you wish to word and style this. Sometimes stationers use The Big Fake Wedding name or logo, but sometimes they make it look just like a wedding invite (likely for portfolio reasons).

A quick example of the text:
The Big Fake Wedding Nashville cordially invites you to celebrate the reaffirmation of the wedding vows of Allison and Kaleb Jones | Wednesday the 18th of June 2017 at 7:00 in the evening | The Cannery Ballroom | Nashville, Tennessee

PROGRAM
You can include the couple’s name and what to expect in terms of flow. Here’s the suggested text:

The Ceremony
Welcome
Prelude
Exchange of Vows
Recessional

The Reception
Cocktail Dinner, Drinks and Dancing
The Tunnel of Love

COLLABORATION
Designers, desserts and caterers love to team up with paper vendors to personalize their designs and identify their products (food labels, table numbers, place cards, etc). If you're willing to collaborate with other vendors, please feel free to reach out to them and let them know that you're available for collaboration. If you'd like your Production Manager to introduce you, they’d be more than happy to do so.

HOW MUCH YOU SHOULD PRINT

Invitation vendors should design and print or press 5 invitation suites - one for each of our 3 photographers, one for the videographer and one that should be styled and fastened to a 16" x 20" (or smaller) board. Please bring a table top easel for display.

Additional paper product vendors should design and print or press 5 examples of your piece(s) - one for each of our 3 photographers, one for the videographer and one that should be styled and fastened to an 8 1/2" x 11" (or smaller) board. We suggest that you use a picture frame with stand for your display. Otherwise, you'll need to provide a table top easel.

If you would like us to include your pieces in guest swag bags, we'd be more than happy to do that. If you choose to do this, be sure to bring your pieces when you come to set-up the morning of. Another option would be to hand them out directly to the guests at your Tunnel of Love table. Either way works - just be sure to let your Production Manager know what you're planning!

How many should I print? We recommend printing anywhere from 50-125 depending on how discretionary you want to be with who gets them. If you want us to hand out 1 per party, aim more toward 50. If you want the majority of the guests to receive one, aim more toward 125.
