The Cocktail Hour

This is truly just an opportunity for you to meet the other participating vendors and partners before the craziness of The Big Fake Wedding event. It will be a casual gathering that will take place a night or two before the main event; your Production Manager will update you with a specific date, time and location.

When you arrive, grab a name tag and then get to mingling. We know it's awkward when you don't know people, but trust us: everyone is in the same boat! We hope to encourage new relationships and to set the tone for fun and collaboration, so jump in and meet some new faces. The networking at this event is KEY, and we hope that you leave with new "friendors" that you can plan a shoot with, refer to your clients and just meet with to share the ups and downs of running a small business. Remember to bring some business cards to hand out!

Your Production Manager will also be there to outline a few expectations for The Big Fake Wedding event and to answer any questions.

Simple refreshments will be served. After The Cocktail Hour, we recommend connecting with new people you've met to head to dinner together!
