Collaboration with participating vendors

If you need to collaborate with another Big Fake Wedding vendor (finding jewelry to match the gown or making place cards to match the head table decor, for example), you can ask your Production Manager for an introduction or you can contact a vendor directly by clicking through the links on your event page. You'll also be receiving an email 7 weeks out with all of our vendor's contact info so you can see who-is-doing-what and so you can follow each other on social media.

USING OUTSIDE VENDORS

If you choose to use any vendors who are not on The Big Fake Wedding team for your event (meaning, you’re contracting out flowers or using props from another company), you will need to handle that transaction on your own. You can pay them in cash, in love, in building relationships… but you can’t pay them in Big Fake Wedding vendor perks. Any non-participating vendors will not be credited in our program, on our website, in photos, etc and they will not be allowed to advertise themselves at the event or in the Tunnel of Love. Make sure that they know this! If you have questions about this, your Production Manager can help explain.

STYLED SHOOTS

As you probably already know, styled shoots are a great way to network. Our recommendation is that you to take the time leading up to the event to focus on the event itself and then, after the event, you can choose to meet back up with your new "friendors" and work on a styled shoot together. Even though we do not require collaboration, one of the greatest benefits of The Big Fake Wedding experience can come from networking and building relationships with other vendors.
