HAIR & MAKEUP

The inspiration board isn’t just for our table designers and florists, it’s also for you guys! We love seeing hair and makeup artists really embracing the inspiration board and having fun with it.

The Production Manager has photos (and contact info) for the cast. They will send that to you to make sure that you feel prepared for skin type, hair length, and color, etc. If you have any concerns, or if you just want to do a trial run for fun, often, our cast is psyched to do so. Free hair and/or makeup for a date night?! Why not?

The Production Manager will let you know what the accessories situation is - is there a veil? are there hair accessories that need to be included in your hair styling? etc.

Your Production Manager will also share the event timeline with you beforehand and our team will work closely with you and your team to insure that everything is running smoothly and on-time for the day of the event. It is imperative to stick to this timeline so that the cast is ready for photographs prior to guests arriving and the rest of the day can stay on schedule. 

While you'll be done with hair/makeup once photos start, it’s always helpful if hair and makeup artists are around for touch-ups (especially right before the event starts). Ideally, you'd arrive, get the cast ready, grab lunch and then come back to set up your Tunnel of Love table. That way, you're free for touch-ups as needed.
