CATERING

You should have received a Catering Checklist from your Account Executive. This will be read through by your Account Executive and your Production Manager. It helps outline a lot of the common questions we run into with caterers. Here's the link to that checklist for your reference - Catering Checklist.

WHAT TO PROVIDE
Guests are happiest when they have lots to eat and drink - they'll like the event, they'll like you, and that leads to business. So, be sure to make menu choices that look pretty, taste good, are easy to eat while mingling and are filling. Sometimes this means making pretty hors d'oeuvres to show off style and get food to them quickly and then following up with heartier stations so the guests leave feeling taken care of.  The menu is up to you, but keep the guest experience as a high priority in making these decisions.

You are responsible for all delivery, set up, service, serving pieces, plates, flatware, cups, napkins, bussing, tear down, removal of your trash, and all necessary staffing. This means the food, what it goes on, what it's served in, and who it's served by. There needs to be a non-alcoholic drink station (typically water) with ice and cups available for self-service. We can provide you with the tables you need and linens for them or you can bring your own - just let us know what you'd prefer. As far as rentals, we're fine with anything from disposable acrylic to fine china; this is totally up to you.

ALCOHOL POLICY
We often have a sponsor that provides alcohol for our guests. Rules regarding the service of this product differ from state to state but sometimes, the caterer serves this product. You can pass it, or it can be served at the bar. You're also welcome to provide a signature cocktail using the product. Please communicate with your Production Manager about this.

CAKE
Our cake vendor typically cuts and serves the cake so you are off the hook here! The cake vendor will be responsible for providing their own plates, forks, or anything needed to serve the cake.

GOLDEN TICKETS
We encourage you to hand out our Golden Tickets to couples that have booked you or to those that are interested in booking you. You can use this event as one large tasting! Click here to download a Golden Ticket that you can email to your current and potential clients.
