ATTIRE AND ACCESSORIES

Your Production Manager will introduce you to the cast via email. From there, you can set up a fitting that works for both of you. Remember that the cast members are real married couples, and their real friends not hired models - so please be flexible (within reason of course) with their schedules. Please do your best to provide attire that is clean, fits appropriately and goes with the inspiration board. You'll be responsible for getting your products to the event in time for photos and for taking them back after the event.

The Production Manager will introduce jewelry, attire and accessories vendors to each other to make sure that the look is cohesive and there aren't any crossover pieces. (For example, we want to be sure that a dress with a heavily embellished top doesn't end up with a statement necklace or we have a menswear provider bring special ties when we already have a bow tie vendor.)

WEDDING DRESS

Please be aware that the bride will be wearing your dress for the duration of the event. Some vendors want lots of photos of the bride dancing and having fun while others would prefer the dress to stay in as pristine condition as possible. Be sure to discuss your expectations with your Production Manager, and we also encourage you to stay with the dress throughout the day if you are concerned about it's condition. It is your responsibility to provide a properly fitting dress (or two if you want the bride to change for the reception) and to take the dress back with you when the event is over.

After the event, you may choose to clean and sell the dress, to donate it to charity, to raffle it to a guest or to save it for future photoshoots.
